| Huhtiniemi hamlet was a slightly dangerous area
as there were two roads near our home. In summer 86 Mimmi was hit by
a car but luckily a friend so what happend and Jari managed to
locate the victim from a road drum. Mimmi was more frightened than
hurt, but refused to move. So the only remedy was to crawl into the
drum and fetch the heroine from there. During the short trip home
Mimmi anchored herself to Jari's chest with her claws so intensely
that Jari's scars from the accident lasted longer.
And in the fall of 86 Mimmi
disappeared and we looked her for weeks from a wide area but in
vain. Only the enormous longing stayed. |
