In May, the water level in Kivijärvi was really high and the island's surface area seemed to have shrunk a bit. But there was plenty to rake.
But we were really pleased that all the piers had wintered very nicely. We just had far too little time to spend there, that's what aging does.
We also brought our telescope and tested both sky and landscape photography. Both work, although maybe a cell phone is still more convenient for landscape photography at the cottage.
