Ha Long Bay 1998
The scenic archipelago of Ha Long Bay attracts tourists from all over the world to admire the limestone archipelago, which is not found in many places in the world. Viet Nam has included this destination for decades as the pearl of its tourist destinations, but in reality it is still quite unpolished. Tourist accommodations are light years away from international standards and many services are still inconvenient for tourists. In other words, a variety of icing has been crammed around the authentic destination, which is supposed to attract tourists, but they are often just terrifying.
One often thinks why not let nature do its thing and slowly influence the traveler's consciousness. Fortunately, this aspect is slowly being improved and some magnificent offerings can already be enjoyed. Ha Long Bay is about 200 kilometers from Ha Noi and by the end of 1999 the trip was quite slow and had to be reserved for at least four hours.
