And then came the time to castrate the cats, so we would not have any surprises in the spring ;) and the life would be easier in all. Pentu's castration was quite an easy task, and he was over it after a day. But the operation on Honey was a bigger thing. Luckily, to day they use melting stitches and there was a special plaster on the wound for some days.

Honey was really depressed and didn't want to move at all. Mommy put a covering overall on the body, but as Honey didn't seem to care of the wound, it was soon taken off. But when the plaster was taken of as recommended, the wound looked too fresh and the overall was put on, again. Of course it was difficult to walk around and Honey's depression continued. But at the end she looked very happy after a week.
